By creating an account or using Hisabin, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Hisabin is a personal finance management platform that helps you organise pockets, track portfolios, and calculate zakat across multiple currencies. The service is provided "as is" and is subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Hisabin. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without their explicit permission.
Free accounts are available indefinitely. Premium and Family subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API; (c) transmit viruses or other harmful code; (d) impersonate another person or entity; or (e) resell or sublicense access to the service.
Hisabin provides tools for tracking and organising financial data. Nothing in the service constitutes financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Zakat calculations are estimates based on the information you provide. Always consult a qualified advisor for binding determinations.
All rights in the Hisabin service, including software, design, and content, are owned by Hisabin Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security risk. You may delete your account at any time from the settings screen.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hisabin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory local consumer protection law applies.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
